How to get Healthy Heart Easily

 Heart the  main machine of our body, is now really in a very  bad situation because of our  bad lifestyle . Instead of undertaking a  huge makeover, everyone should improve Heart's Health internally by taking some good habits & leave some bad habits.

Here are 7 small steps to take you  on the road of better Heart's Health:- 

Tips no 1:-Take  at least 10 minutes walk everyday   


If you don't exercise at all then  please start to take at least 10 minutes walk everyday. A brief walk can help you to get rid of 10 diseases.     



 Tips no 2:-  Add one extra fruit & vegetable in your meal

We, the maximum numbers are non vegetarians. As compared  to spinach, cabbage, carrot we love chicken nuggets, mutton kasha, mutton duck bungalow  etc more. I am not saying that these are bad. These are also good but not healthy. You should always try to take more fruits and , more vegetables. These are good for everything from your brain to heart.

Tips no 3:- Do not forget the chocolate

The good thing is chocolate & wine contribute to heart health  because these are antioxidants which increase the Good cholesterol & decrease bad cholesterol.

Tips no 4:-Leave the stress 

More then 1500 biochemicals response to stress. Stress increase the blood pressure & faster  the heart rate. Always  try to keep your  heart happy & throw away the  reasons which make you stressed from  you .  






Tips no 5:- Quit smoking

We all know that  smoking reduces the heart rate & make heart weaker. For a non smoking person , their heart can also be affected by passive smoking.  Breath in secondhand smoke boosts bad cholesterol levels & decrease good cholesterol levels & also increase your blood's tendency to clot.









Tips no 6:-  Drink more:- 

Water  is solution for all  diseases. Water is the best way & only way to hydrate your body fully. It does not has  calories. It is obviously  good for our heart health. 
So keep drinking  guys......................






Tips no 7:- Take proper sleep.

 Take proper sleep of 7 to 9 hours. Lack of sleep can increase your blood pressure & decrease the  energy  level. This much of sleep reduce the stress level & we know that stress level is directly related to  heart's health.    

 THE LESS STRESS THE BETTER HEART .
 So take your sleep  deep for at least 7 hours( at night only)
